DME Solutions

Sustainability Consultant for the landmark Bukit Chagar Integrated Mixed-Use Development in Johor Bahru

DME Solutions is proud to announce our appointment as the Sustainability Consultant for the landmark Bukit Chagar Integrated Mixed-Use Development in Johor Bahru, a transformative RM2.6 billion transit-oriented development jointly undertaken by Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd and Sunway Group.

Strategically located adjacent to the upcoming Bukit Chagar RTS Link Station and the new Immigration, Customs and Quarantine (ICQ) Complex, the development is set to become one of the most prominent integrated transit hubs in Malaysia, directly connecting Johor Bahru and Singapore via the RTS Link.

The mixed-use development, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) exceeding RM2.6 billion, will feature residential towers, retail and commercial spaces, hospitality components, as well as a large multi-storey park-and-ride facility designed to support the future RTS commuter ecosystem.

DME Solutions is honoured to contribute our expertise in sustainable and green building consultancy towards this iconic development, supporting the project’s vision of creating a future-ready, transit-oriented, and environmentally responsible urban destination for Johor Bahru.

As one of Malaysia’s leading sustainability consultancies with extensive experience across large-scale mixed-use, transit-oriented, township, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure developments, DME Solutions remains committed to driving practical and impactful sustainability implementation throughout the region.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd and Sunway Group for the trust and opportunity to be part of this transformational project.

This appointment further strengthens DME Solutions’ growing portfolio in shaping sustainable urban developments that integrate mobility, connectivity, liveability, and long-term environmental value for future generations.
