The five projects cover commercial towers, hyperscale data centres, corporate offices and research facilities.
Five LEED Gold Final Certifications Achieved
The certified projects are:

- PDG JH1 Phase 1 & Phase 2 DC1: LEED Gold
- PDG JH1 Annex Office: LEED Gold
- Jotun South East Asia & Pacific R&D Centre and Regional Headquarters: LEED Gold
LEED is the green building rating system run by the U.S. Green Building Council. Gold is its second-highest rating. As a result, achieving five final certifications in such a short period is a significant step for our team. In particular, it shows we can manage several demanding projects at the same time while meeting international standards.
LEED Gold for Existing Data Centres in Southeast Asia
One project stands out in particular. PDG JH1 Phase 1 & Phase 2 DC1, developed by Princeton Digital Group in Johor, achieved LEED Gold certification under the Existing Building Operations & Maintenance (O&M) system.
This is a regional milestone for operational data centres. Unlike new building certification, LEED O&M looks at how an existing facility actually performs and is managed day to day.
For data centres, this brings extra challenges. For example, the facility runs non-stop and uses large amounts of energy. In addition, water use, environmental performance and operational records all need careful tracking.
Therefore, this LEED Gold certification highlights our specialist skills in high-performance data centre environments.

Taken together, the five certifications show the range of our consultancy work.
First, the Signature Towers at Bandar KL Midtown show our capability on major commercial developments. In these projects, we coordinated technical requirements across several buildings at once.
Next, the PDG JH1 projects build on our growing experience with hyperscale data centres and mission-critical infrastructure.
