DME Solutions is proud to announce that UOA Corporate Tower has successfully achieved LEED Gold Certification under LEED v4.1 Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings (O+M).
Located at The Vertical, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur, UOA Corporate Tower is a 38-storey corporate office building and the headquarters of UOA Group.
DME Solutions served as the LEED and Sustainability Consultant, working closely with UOA throughout the certification process to enhance the building’s sustainability and operational performance.
This achievement also marks another milestone in the long-standing collaboration between UOA and DME Solutions. Our earlier collaboration, UOA Business Park Tower 2A & 2B, similarly achieved LEED Gold under LEED v4.1 Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings.
The successful certification of multiple UOA properties reflects our shared commitment towards improving the environmental performance, resource efficiency and long-term sustainability of existing buildings.
